lovely shower rooms, adorable balcony space, charming artwork
Street noise can be unbearable at night!!! Hot water inconsistencies can be quite bothersome!!! A more navigationally friendly layout would seriously enhance the experience!!! Limited parking can add unnecessary stress!!!

Great stay with awesome staff!
We had a fab 5 nights in a super comfy room. The staff were super chill and even handled our little lamp mishap smoothly. Loved the in-room breakfast options too! One thing tho, the street noise at night could be a bit annoying, but we managed. a pretty sweet spot for a family trip.

A lovely stay at Umberto House with charming historical decor that added to the experience. The terrace for breakfast was a delight, serving fresh eggs and local cheeses. I appreciated the warm service from the staff, who were attentive and responsive. I encountered some noise issues from the nearby bar that made it hard to sleep at times. The air conditioning was a bit dated and struggled to keep the room cool during the night. Despite these concerns, the location was fantastic, just a short walk to local attractions. Would recommend for those who value character and a cozy atmosphere!

The building has a unique charm with a mix of historical architecture that gives it character, making it feel like part of the city’s fabric. It’s a fairly clean place that allows for a decent stay at a competitive price, especially given its quirky setup across different floors which adds to the overall experience.
The layout can be quite confusing since it's more of an apartment setup than a traditional hotel. there's not much privacy due to open doors on guest room floors. There were issues with inconsistent hot water availability, and the air conditioning struggled to keep up during the June heat. The breakfast was basic and could use improvement, leading to disappointment for those looking for something hearty to start their day. parking is limited, creating an added hassle for anyone with a vehicle. Rooms can be awkwardly laid out, especially with limited wardrobe space for larger groups.

The staff was incredibly kind, greatly assisting with parking in a tough spot! Our Standard Quadruple Room was spacious and well-styled, making our family feel at home. The city view from the balcony offered a charming perspective, especially at sunrise.
But the street noise at night was a bit disruptive.

It was just a solid selection for a fleeting stay in Catania with good price-quality ratio. The facility had interesting historical architecture that made the experience unique. Try to book ahead for the limited parking space to avoid stress on arrival.

The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast offered a good variety, including delicious cured meats and excellent coffee. the room felt a bit dingy despite its size, and the air conditioning made noise. The shower stall was oddly small despite the large bathroom, which might not suit everyone's preferences.
